Elmas & Shakeel Solicitors is a West London law firm with offices in Ealing, Hayes and Northolt. The firm handles wills and probate, commercial leasing and property, family law, and immigration, asylum and nationality work, with every matter led by a director. The new website had to carry that promise: serious and trustworthy, but easy to approach for someone having a difficult week.
The challenge
People looking for a solicitor are usually worried, short of time and comparing several firms on a phone. They want to know three things quickly: do you handle my problem, can I trust you, and how do I speak to someone. The firm also serves clients in six languages and holds a legal aid contract, so the site needed to make both obvious without turning the homepage into a list of badges.
What we built
- A custom WordPress site with a calm, premium identity: deep navy, gold accents and a serif headline face that suits a law firm.
- Clear routes into each practice area, with dedicated service pages written around the questions clients actually ask.
- A trust bar that puts the facts up front: SRA regulation, legal aid provision for immigration and asylum matters, IAAS accreditation and the languages spoken.
- Consultation booking and a “request a call back” form, with in-person, video, phone and home-visit options, plus one-tap phone and WhatsApp contact on mobile.
- People pages for the directors and the wider team, office pages for Ealing, Hayes and Northolt, and an Insights section for articles.
- A secure client login area.
How it is put together
The site is hand-built on WordPress without a page builder, so pages stay fast on mobile data and the team can add services, people and articles themselves. It is built to the same standards as our own site: accessible markup, structured data for a legal services firm with multiple offices, and careful consent handling.
If you run a professional services firm and your website does not yet make it easy to trust you and call you, tell us about it or see our web development service.
