Questions about our services
Do you only work with businesses in London?
No. Our office is in Woolwich, south-east London, but we work with businesses across the UK by video call and a shared staging site, and we are happy to meet in person in London and the Home Counties.
Who owns the code and accounts?
You do. Domains, hosting, analytics and the source code are set up in your name. There is no lock-in and no licence to keep paying us.
Can you take over a site or app someone else built?
Usually, yes. We start with a short audit (a few hours) to check the code, hosting and security, then give you a plan and a price to fix or extend it.
How quickly can you start?
Small fixes and hourly work typically start within a week. Larger projects start after a short scoping call and a written proposal, usually within two to three weeks.
