If you know roughly what your website needs, a fixed-price package is the simplest way to buy one. You see the price, the page count and the timeline before you commit, and there are no hourly bills to keep an eye on. Every package is designed and built by our own team, delivered remotely to businesses anywhere in the UK, and yours to keep once it is paid for.

Which package fits your business

Startup Website: £350 + VAT

Five pages, three custom banners, five stock photos, a slider banner, a Google-friendly sitemap, W3C-valid HTML and a Facebook page design. Two add-ons are available: a content management system for £149 and mobile-responsive layouts for £99.

Our honest advice is to take both add-ons unless you have a specific reason not to. Most visitors to a small business site arrive on a phone, and without a CMS every text change means asking a developer. With both add-ons the Startup costs £598 + VAT (£717.60 including VAT), which is still the cheapest way to get a proper five-page site. It suits a new sole trader, consultancy or trade business that needs to look credible quickly.

Pro Website: £750 + VAT

Ten pages with an admin panel, five custom banners, eight stock images, a slider, sitemap, W3C-valid HTML, Facebook and YouTube page design, a dedicated project manager and full deployment, usually in two to three weeks.

For most established service businesses this is the one we would point you to. Ten pages covers a home page, about, contact and a page for each of your main services, and you can edit all of it yourself.

Elite Website: £999 + VAT

Up to 15 unique responsive pages with online bookings, payments and custom forms, lead-generation forms, a newsletter sign-up, a newsfeed, hover effects and interactions, five stock images, three banners, a slider, Facebook and YouTube setup, search engine registration and a design that is 100 % unique to you. It also carries our money-back guarantee (terms apply). Timeline: three to six weeks.

Business / E-commerce: £2,650 + VAT

A custom WordPress or PHP site or online shop with payments, booking and ordering, multi-language support, site search, live social feeds and a CMS. You get a premium design with unlimited revisions, up to ten banners and ten stock photos, a 15-second 2D explainer video with voice-over, newsletter and offer sign-ups, SEO meta tags, a sitemap, search engine submission, a free domain for five years, a personal account manager and full deployment.

What every package includes

• A hand-built theme with no page builders, so the site stays fast and easy to maintain.

• A staging site where you review the work before anything goes live.
• Full ownership of the bespoke design and code once the balance is paid.

How payment works

You pay a 50 % deposit to start and the balance when the site is ready to launch. On the Pro Website, for example, that is £450 at the start and £450 before go-live, £900 in total including VAT. You can also pay in full up front if that suits your accounts better.

What usually slows a package down

Content. The timelines above start when we have your deposit and the material we need: page text, a logo file and any photos of your own. On fixed-price projects, waiting for copy causes more delays than anything technical. If writing ten pages is the part you are dreading, tell us at the start and we will suggest a way through it, including a separate quote for copywriting.

When a package is not the right fit

• You already have a site and need changes or fixes: hire us by the hour instead.
