White-label web development means we build the website, shop or app and you deliver it to your client under your agency’s name. We work for design, branding, marketing and SEO agencies and freelancers across the UK, from £50 an hour plus VAT for WordPress, with no branding in the code, no contact with your client unless you ask for it, and an NDA signed before you share a brief.

Most agencies come to us for one of three reasons. Their in-house developer is booked solid for six weeks. A client has asked for something outside the team’s comfort zone, such as a WooCommerce shop with trade pricing or a Flutter app. Or they have been burned by an offshore supplier and want developers who answer the phone in UK hours and write code their own team can read.

Who works with us

  • Design and branding studios that create the look and need it built accurately, pixel for pixel, from Figma.
  • Marketing and SEO agencies whose clients need new sites, landing pages, speed fixes or technical SEO work.
  • Freelance designers and developers who need extra hands or a specific skill for one project.
  • Agencies with in-house developers who need overflow capacity at busy times of year.
  • Agencies outside London, in Manchester, Leeds, Bristol, Glasgow and smaller towns, who want a reliable build partner without paying London day rates.

What we build for you

  • Hand-built classic WordPress themes from your Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch designs, with no page builders.
  • WooCommerce shops, including Stripe, shipping zones, UK VAT and trade or wholesale pricing.
  • Magento and PrestaShop work, including fixes and migrations to WooCommerce.
  • Custom PHP and Laravel builds: portals, booking systems, calculators and integrations with CRMs and accounting tools.
  • React and Vue front ends, and Flutter apps for iOS and Android.
  • Landing pages and campaign builds on tight deadlines. We have built campaign landing pages for ActionAid.
  • Speed and accessibility work: we target Lighthouse 100 and WCAG 2.2 AA on every template.
  • Fixes, updates and ongoing maintenance on sites you already look after.

How white-label works with us

Unbranded by default

Our name does not appear in the code, theme headers, admin area, footer or documentation. Staging sites run on neutral URLs or on a subdomain of yours. Editor guides carry your logo, or none at all.

Your client stays your client

We take briefs and feedback from you. If you want a developer on a client call to answer technical questions, we join as part of your team, using your email signature if you like. We do not approach your clients, during the project or after it, and we are happy to put that in writing.

Your tools, your process

We work in your project management tool (Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Basecamp, whatever you use) and your Git repositories, or we provide our own. You see progress on staging links as it happens and you sign off before anything reaches your client.

Honest estimates

If a design will be expensive to build as drawn, we tell you before we start and suggest a cheaper way to get the same effect. If something will take longer than quoted, you hear it from us early, not on the deadline.

Why build by hand

When your agency puts its name on a website, it also inherits the support. Sites built with heavy page builders and thirty plug-ins come back as slow pages, broken updates and security alerts, and those land in your inbox, not ours. We hand-build classic WordPress themes, keep plug-ins to the few that earn their place, and leave clean, commented code that your team or any competent developer can maintain. Our view is simple: if you can’t hand the site to someone else without an apology, it wasn’t built properly. More on that in our CMS development service.

What it costs

White-label work is billed at our standard hourly rates plus VAT, booked through hire us:

ServiceHourly rate (excl. VAT)Rate from a 100-hour block
WordPress Development£50£37.50
Website Design£45£33.75
UI/UX Design£55£41.25
Custom Web Development£60£45
E-commerce Development£65£48.75
Mobile Application£70£52.50

Hours never expire, so most agency partners buy a block and draw it down across several client projects. A worked example: 100 WordPress hours cost £5,000, less 25 % is £3,750, plus VAT of £750, so £4,500. That is £37.50 an hour before VAT. If you sell build time to your clients at £75–£95 an hour, a common range for UK agencies, the margin is yours to keep. Smaller blocks work too: 50 hours is £2,000 plus VAT, 20 hours £850 plus VAT.

For a defined build, such as a 10-page WordPress brochure site from your Figma files, we give a fixed quote instead. As a rough guide that kind of site is 30–45 hours of development, so around £1,275–£1,912.50 plus VAT at the 20-hour discount, or less if you draw it from a larger block. You can pay in full or with a 50 % deposit.

Quality checks before anything reaches you

  • Cross-browser and real-device testing, including older iPhones and cheaper Android phones.
  • Lighthouse and accessibility audits on every template, with the scores in the handover note.
  • Form, email and payment tests, including failed card payments and refunds.
  • Redirects, metadata, XML sitemap and robots checks for anything replacing an existing site.
  • A short handover note listing what was tested, so you can answer your client’s questions with confidence.

If something comes back from your client after launch and it is our mistake, we fix it. It does not become a new ticket to argue over.

A partner within reach

We are a UK company based in Woolwich, London, so meeting in London is easy. Most partnerships run remotely, though, and the time zone and working hours are the same as yours wherever you are in the UK. You will deal with the developers doing the work.

Start small

Most partnerships begin with one small job, a landing page or a batch of fixes, so you can judge our work before committing to more. Tell us about your agency, the projects you take on and where you need help, or call 020 3918 3814. If you already have a project ready, book a block of hours and we will schedule a kick-off call.

Frequently asked questions

Will my clients know you built their site?

Not unless you tell them. We remove our branding from code, admin areas, documentation and staging URLs, and we don't contact your clients directly.

Will you sign an NDA?

Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA before you share project details, and we don't approach your clients, during a project or after it.

How do you price white-label work?

At our standard hourly rates plus VAT, from £50 an hour for WordPress, with volume discounts up to 25 % for 100 hours (£37.50 an hour for WordPress). Hours never expire and can be shared across client projects. Fixed quotes are available for defined builds.

Can you work from our Figma designs?

Yes. We build from Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch files and match the design closely, flagging anything that needs adjusting for accessibility or responsiveness before we start.

Do you work with agencies outside London and the South East?

Yes. Our team is based in London, but most partnerships run remotely, with agencies across the UK. We work UK hours and you deal with the developers directly.

Do you provide ongoing support for sites you build for us?

Yes. We handle updates, fixes and changes under your brand, drawing down from a block of hours.
